Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

1What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy describes how the communication platform (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the application (the “Service”). It applies to workspace administrators, team members, and other authorized users of the Service.

It does not apply to a public marketing website, as none currently exists separately from the application.

2Information We Collect

2.1
Account & Workspace Information. When a workspace is created and used, we collect information such as: company name, admin/team member names and email addresses, phone numbers, role assignments, and workspace configuration data.
2.2
Usage Information. We collect information about how the Service is used, pages visited, actions taken, log data, device/browser information, to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
2.3
Marketing & Usage Analytics. In addition to the operational usage information described above, we collect usage and interaction metadata (for example, which features and flows you engage with, and how often) specifically to enhance your experience of the Service. This metadata is surfaced back to you through an in-app marketing/analytics dashboard, so your workspace can see and act on its own usage patterns.
2.4
End-User Data (Processed on Your Behalf). As described in our Terms of Service, when you use the Service to communicate with your own customers or leads through supported channels (WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Email, Messenger, voice), you may input or transmit personal information about those individuals (“End-Users”), for example, names, phone numbers, and message content. We process this data as a service provider acting on your instructions, not for our own independent purposes.
2.5
Authentication Data. We use your email address and, where applicable, Google account information (if you sign in with Google) or a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email, to authenticate your access to the Service.

3How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

•
provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
•
authenticate and secure your account;
•
process transactions and manage billing, where applicable;
•
communicate with you about your account, support requests, or changes to our policies;
•
surface usage and interaction metadata back to you through the in-app marketing/analytics dashboard, so you can see and understand your own workspace’s activity;
•
improve and develop the Service;
•
comply with legal obligations.

4How We Share Information

4.1
Service Providers. We work with third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the Service, for example, providers of cloud hosting, database infrastructure, authentication services, and email/message delivery. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their function for us and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.
4.2
Within Your Workspace. Information may be visible to other authorized users within your own workspace, according to the role-based permissions your administrators configure.
4.3
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of the communication platform, our customers, or the public.
4.4
Business Transfers. If the communication platform is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.
4.5
We do not sell your personal information.

5Data Retention

We retain account and workspace information for as long as your workspace remains active, and for a limited period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

End-User data transmitted through your workspace is retained according to your workspace’s configuration and instructions, subject to the underlying channel provider’s own retention practices (e.g., message history retention windows).

[Specific retention periods to be finalized and stated precisely once confirmed against actual system configuration.]

6Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls restricting data to authorized users within each workspace, and encryption of data in transit.

[This section will be expanded with specific, accurate detail, and any relevant certifications, once compliance work following company incorporation is complete. We will not state security certifications or standards here until they are genuinely in place.]

7Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact your assigned Customer Relationship Manager (CRM contact).

Workspace administrators can manage and update team member information directly within the Service’s settings.

8Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, on an approximately monthly review cycle, to reflect changes to the Service or our data practices.

When we make a material change, we will notify customers via a broadcast communication (email and/or in-app notice) describing what has changed, before or at the time the change takes effect.

10Contact

For questions about this Privacy Policy, contact your assigned Customer Relationship Manager (CRM contact).
